Welcome to the ACEDB Conference (“9th ACEDB Conference 2025”), organized by [Cloud Marcom]. By registering, attending, or participating in any part of the Conference, you (“Participant”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Admission

• All participants must complete the official registration process and pay applicable fees before attending.
• Admission is subject to verification of identity and compliance with these Terms.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission for non-compliance or misconduct.

2. Event Schedule & Modifications

• The Conference schedule, speakers, and sessions are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of major changes via email or the official website.

3. Media & Intellectual Property

• By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and live streaming that may include your likeness.
• The Organizer may use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
• All content presented during the Conference (e.g., slides, recordings, papers) remains the intellectual property of the respective authors or the Organizer unless otherwise stated.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
• The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate legal or disciplinary action.

5. Data Privacy

• Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event administration, communication, and compliance purposes.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• All fees are payable in full at the time of registration.

8. Venue Rules & Virtual Access

• Participants must comply with all venue-specific rules and safety protocols.
• For virtual attendees, stable internet access and compatible devices are required. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
